This page explains how DigiDynamo Media handles information submitted through this website.
Information you submit
The audit form collects your name, email address, business name, website address or no-website choice, selected area of help, and any details you provide. It also records your permission to be emailed about the request, the page used to submit it, and campaign labels in that page’s link.
How the information is used
DigiDynamo Media uses these details to review your request, identify a useful next step, and respond by email. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing emails or give permission for text messages.
Where requests go
Cloudflare hosts the website and processes the form securely on the server. HighLevel stores the contact record, audit details, sales opportunity, and an internal follow-up task. The website does not publish your submission.
Hosting and form protection
Cloudflare may process information needed to deliver and protect the site, including IP addresses, browser information, timestamps, and security signals. The form uses a short-lived hashed request record to limit repeated attempts and avoid duplicate processing. Its rate-limit records expire after 24 hours, and request-tracking records are removed after seven days when subsequent requests are processed. Audit details in HighLevel remain available while DigiDynamo Media handles the request and any resulting work.
Analytics and cookies
This site does not intentionally install advertising cookies or marketing trackers. Campaign labels attached to an audit link are recorded only when you submit the form.
Payments and digital products
No checkout is active. Product labels such as “early access,” “coming soon,” and “limited beta” describe development status; they are not purchase offers. Payment and fulfillment terms will be published before anything is sold.
Your choices
Please leave out passwords, payment details, health information, and other sensitive information. To ask about your information or request a correction or deletion, use the audit form and write “Privacy request” in the details field. DigiDynamo Media may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
